Cardi B is celebrating a very special milestone: her baby boy’s first birthday!

And the Rap superstar has marked the occasion by sharing the first clear look at her son with NFL star Stefon Diggs, while finally revealing his name: Grey M.D.

Alongside adorable new photos of the youngster, Cardi penned an emotional tribute about how he helped her through one of the most uncertain periods of her life.

Taking to Instagram moments ago (November 4, the mom-of-four introduced Grey to the world a year after his arrival.

She began:

“Happy 1st birthday to Grey M.D!! It’s only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever.”

Reflecting on the challenges she faced while pregnant, Cardi continued:

“I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me a extra strength. I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life!”

The proud mom concluded:

“You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like. You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh and your precious spirit.”

Grey is Cardi’s fourth child and her first with Diggs, whom she confirmed she was expecting a baby with in September 2025.

The little one arrived as the femcee was navigating major changes in her personal life while promoting her sophomore album, ‘Am I The Drama?’

Although Cardi previously shared newborn pictures, she kept his face hidden and his name private until now.

Her romance with the New England Patriots player has since ended. Indeed, the star recently opened up about life after their split in a wide-ranging interview with ‘The New York Times.’

The former couple’s son joins Cardi’s three older children, Kulture, Wave, and Blossom, whom she shares with estranged husband Offset.
