During Majic Under the Stars on Saturday (October 24), Cole repeatedly encouraged the crowd to carry ‘Heaven Sent’, talking over the music as concertgoers supplied the vocals.

Referencing her recent birthday, the singer told the audience:

“It’s my birthday, sing with me.”

Cole turned 45 on October 15, more than a week before the show.

The reaction has ranged from disappointed concertgoers to supporters expressing concern. One commenter branded the singalong:

“Karaoke night hosted by Keyshia Cole.”

Others turned their attention to Skrilla, questioning the relationship as footage of the pair circulated alongside the performance clips.

Another clip saw the uploader write:

“Still traumatized from Keyshia Cole show in Houston Saturday night.”

The video itself featured the declaration: “Keyhia Cole owe us a refund.”

Yet Cole’s latest social media update suggested she was celebrating her boo. On Monday (October 26), she shared a photo of the rapper’s new ‘KEYSHIA’ back tattoo, writing:

“Ok!! Let that be known.”

There is no confirmed connection between the relationship and her performances.

The debate comes just days after Cardi B crowned Cole’s ‘The Way It Is’ the greatest album of all time.

At writing, Cole has not publicly addressed the latest performance criticism.
