The retro-kissed anthem returned to the summit for a record-breaking 32nd week on the chart dated October 24.

It dances beyond the previous 31-week benchmark established by ‘Luther’ and adds another major achievement to an era already overflowing with them.

Released in January, ‘I Just Might’ served as the lead single from Mars’ fourth solo studio album ‘The Romantic.’ The track debuted atop the Hot 100, giving the hitmaker his tenth chart-topper and first number-one debut on that tally.

It later returned to the Hot 100 summit as the album campaign accelerated, while ‘The Romantic’ became his first project to debut at number one on the Billboard 200.

The latest record underlines the song’s remarkable staying power across radio, streaming, and sales. It also arrives while Mars continues to command stadiums with his mammoth world tour.

Suffice to say, this romantic era continues to be a history-making one.
