Jessie J has shared a new glimpse of her recovery following her second breast reconstruction surgery.

The singer posted hospital photos on Sunday, October 25, alongside a message about healing.

The update follows her previously announced social media break, when she explained that she wanted time to prepare for surgery, rest, and be present with her son.

The new collection includes a thumbs-up picture in a hospital gown and a selfie from her hospital bed. One image carried the words “to healing.”

She went on to comment on the Instagram post, writing:

“Life is short! Remember to come off this app every now and again and really tap into reality. Look after your body your mental health!”

The photos follow the reconstruction procedure she underwent in September.

Jessie announced that she was cancer-free in May 2026, following her 2025 diagnosis and mastectomy.

When explaining her break, she described wanting room to process an intense period that had included treatment, touring, and a move back to the UK. Recovery and time with family were central to that decision.

We wish Jessie continued healing as she takes that time for herself.
