If 50 Cent thought wielding a whopping $6 million defamation suit against Rick Ross‘ ex Tia Kemp was enough to silence her, he thought wrong.

As reported, 50 (born Curtis Jackson) is turning to the courts to handle Tia (born Tiallondra Kemp) after the model-turned-viral social media personality posted some “highly offensive” content about his 14-year-old son Sire.

Branding the teenager “slow,” Jackson claims Kemp’s insults were hinged on a “fabricated medical diagnosis” after she claimed he had autism due to overly sexual conduct by his mother, Daphne Joy, while she was pregnant with him.

“Ms. Kemp shamelessly used the label ‘on the spectrum’ as a pejorative slur hurled at a child to humiliate him and his family. But autism is not shameful,” 50 Cent’s lawyers write. “What is shameful is fabricating a diagnosis for a private child, inventing a sexually degrading cause for it, and broadcasting both to a mass audience.”

50 also accuses Kemp – who launched her attack of Jackson’s family after he trolled her and Ross over an alleged assault on her 21-year-old son William Roberts III – of cyberstalking and harassing Sire.

Taking to social media on Tuesday (October 27), he chimed in on a media outlet’s report of the story.

“It’s not ok to bully minors online; kids have killed themselves over things people have said about them. That gangster granny act is not gonna work! No white flags,” he posted to his 38.7 million followers on the platform.

Instead of backing down, Tia only amplified her online antics.

In a fiery rant, Tia not only vowed to countersue but also argued she would sooner liquidate her assets and “go on food stamps” before she “paid him a dime.”

Elsewhere in the lengthy video, she alleges 50 is paying people to harass her and even doubled down on her previous assessment that Sire is developmentally delayed, asserting she only came for the teen in response to 50’s jokes about William.

“Don’t play with me b-tch about your lawyers. You can’t bully me b-tch; I ain’t got sh-t for you to get,” she said before relaying, “F-ck you, f-ck your child like I said. B-tch, call your lawyers. If it’s ‘f-ck mine,’ then it’s f-ck whoever’s all on this planet. The way you talk about people’s, but you can’t take it when it comes back to you.”
