Saweetie looks ready to put the music back at the forefront.

After a lengthy wait for her debut album and a string of career twists, the ‘My Type’ rapper has shared a glossy new teaser signalling that another musical chapter is on the horizon.

And her message is simple: “It’s time.”

Full story below…

Taking to social media, the femcee unveiled a cinematic video featuring luxury living, travel, and, most tellingly, footage of herself back in the recording studio.

The clip arrives more than a year after the release of her five-track EP ‘Hella Pressure’, which landed in August 2025.

As previously reported, the project was intended to tide listeners over ahead of her long-awaited debut album, formerly known as ‘Pretty B*tch Music’.

That album, however, has yet to materialize.

Indeed, Saweetie has been candid about her complicated musical journey, previously admitting that she felt her artistry had not received the attention it deserved.

And what about retirement?

Despite discussion of the subject, the Rap star has not formally announced plans to hang up her microphone. During a previous podcast appearance, she envisioned retirement as an opportunity to pour into another artist’s career.

For now, it appears the Icy Girl still has unfinished business of her own.

No single, album title, or release date accompanied the teaser.

Still, after years of promises and postponements, could this finally be the comeback that delivers her elusive debut LP?
