Offset has had quite the rollercoaster year when it comes to casinos.

From a shooting in Florida to a six-figure lawsuit in Detroit and a heated viral video in Paris, gambling venues have become an unlikely recurring fixture in the rapper’s headlines.

Now, he’s opening up about whether the drama has changed his appetite for placing bets.

Speaking to TMZ at LAX this week, the former Migos star acknowledged that his recent experiences have left him hesitant about returning to casinos.

However, he made clear that the setbacks haven’t persuaded him to abandon gambling altogether.

Peep the footage:

The conversation comes after a string of incidents involving the hitmaker.

In April, Offset was shot in the leg outside a Florida casino, suffering non-life-threatening injuries.

He is also facing an ongoing legal dispute with Detroit’s MotorCity Casino Hotel over an alleged $100,000 unpaid gambling debt.

As That Grape Juice reported, the rapper missed a deadline to respond to the lawsuit, raising the prospect of a default judgment.

Then came a heated Paris blackjack video, which Offset subsequently claimed was a promotional skit.

Interestingly, casinos remain part of his creative world, too. The rapper recently filmed a visual for ‘Every Night’, his collaboration with Don Toliver, in a casino setting.

The song features on his forthcoming album ‘GMFU,’ currently scheduled for November 13.

So, while Offset may be thinking twice about his next casino visit, his comments suggest he isn’t ready to cash out of gambling just yet.
