William Roberts III (L), Don Roberts (R)

Don Roberts, 20, was arrested in Florida on Friday (October 16) and charged with aggravated assault and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

According to WFTV9, the alleged attack unfolded on October 11 near Bethune-Cookman University.

William, a former football player at the university, told police he was standing outside with a woman when a vehicle pulled up.

The driver, identified as Don, allegedly emerged with a firearm and threatened him.

William recalled the chilling words:

“I don’t care who your daddy is, I’ll kill you right here.”

Don then allegedly struck William on the side of his head with the gun, causing minor swelling. The younger Roberts declined medical attention.

According to the police report, William believed the confrontation may have stemmed from the woman’s previous romantic relationship with the suspect.

Investigators were unable to locate surveillance footage capturing the encounter, but William subsequently identified Don in a police photo lineup.

The suspect has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Meanwhile, Ross’ longtime rival 50 Cent wasted no time weighing in.

The G-Unit mogul, who has repeatedly traded barbs with Rozay, took to social media to mock the situation.

He wrote:

“Damn got the man arrested, why he didn’t just call his dad. He probably called the cops for him. LOL.”

Fif went further, offering to post Don’s bond and enlist attorney Drew Findling to represent him.

That move didn’t sit well with William’s mother, Tia Kemp, who unleashed a scathing response on Tuesday (October 20), igniting another ugly social media feud with the ‘In Da Club’ rapper.
