Mia Thornton may have departed the ‘Real Housewives of Potomac,’ but drama is clearly a firm fixture in her life.

For, the reality star got a reality check at an Atlanta airport today (November 19), where she was arrested for grand larceny.

According to TMZ, Thornton was detained at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and booked at the Fulton County Jail.

Why Was Mia Thornton Arrested?

Thornton is accused of stealing furniture from a condo to the tune of over $11,000.

Per the report, Thornton allegedly moved out of the furnished home in October – and took furniture and a TV with her. The homeowner filed a police report accusing her of vacating the property in the middle of the night.

Police body cam footage captured the moment she arrived at the station.

The news comes on the heels of current RHOP star Wendy Osefo being arrested and charged with multiple counts of fraud.
