After a spell away from releasing music, the vocal powerhouse pounces with her return offering ‘No Secrets.’
Produced by Jesse Boykins III and Los Hendrix, the confessional cut sees the songbird wax all sorts of candid.
Indeed, she sings:
“I lost my baby, but the show must go on, right? No ifs, buts, or maybes. Can I cry for just one night?”
Elsewhere, she coos:
“I’m standing here naked, but I chose the spotlight, sometimes I hate it, sometimes it feels nice.”
‘No Secrets’ serves as J’s first solo offering since 2021’s ‘I Want Love’ and her premiere release since setting sail as an independent artist.
