‘Inside the NBA’ analyst Kenny Smith says ‘I do’ to Croatian influencer Tia Jurcic

Smith and Jurcic celebrated their marriage surrounded by family and friends at a luxury Southern California resort.

Former NBA champion and longtime “Inside the NBA” analyst Kenny Smith, 61, is celebrating a new chapter in his personal life after marrying Croatian entrepreneur Tia Jurcic, 42, in a picturesque Southern California ceremony.

The couple announced their marriage Tuesday in a joint Instagram post simply captioned, “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” sharing photos from the elegant outdoor wedding held at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Coast, California. According to the New York Post, the ceremony featured white drapery, cascading chandeliers and arrangements of white and blush-colored roses overlooking the coast.

Jurcic wore a strapless gown with a floral-accented full skirt and veil, while Smith opted for a classic white tuxedo jacket paired with black trousers and a black bow tie. Photos from the celebration quickly spread across social media as fans and fellow athletes congratulated the newlyweds.

The marriage comes less than a year after the couple announced their engagement in October 2025 with a beachside Instagram post featuring Jurcic’s diamond engagement ring. Smith and Jurcic have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight, making only occasional public appearances together.

This marks Smith’s third marriage. The former Houston Rockets guard was previously married to writer and director Dawn Reavis, with whom he shares two children, Kayla and KJ. He later married model and television personality Gwendolyn Osborne. Their 12-year marriage produced two children, Malloy and London, before the couple divorced in 2018. Jurcic also has a son, Domenik, from a previous marriage to former professional basketball player Chris Warren.

While Smith’s championship-winning basketball career made him a household name, he has spent the past two decades becoming one of sports television’s most recognizable personalities alongside Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Ernie Johnson on “Inside the NBA.”

Now, the Emmy-winning analyst is adding another milestone to his résumé—this time, as a newlywed.
