Congratulations are in order for a founding member of the Brit-Pop group, Girls Aloud.

For, the star has announced that she is pregnant with her first child.

Moments ago, Nicola Roberts announced that she and her partner, Mitch Hahn, are expecting a bundle of a joy.

Sharing pictures of her growing bump, the 40-year-old ‘Beat of My Drum’ belter wrote:

“Mitch and I have had the most magical Christmas Day sharing the most precious news with our families. We’ve been keeping a secret. We are five months pregnant! We can’t wait to meet our little one in the spring x”

Roberts and businessman Hahn have been together for three years and announced their engagement last Summer.

And now, there’s plenty more cause for celebration.
