The former reality star faces allegations of repeated property maintenance violations at her Atlanta home.
Actress and model Eva Marcille is facing a homeowners association lawsuit over alleged property maintenance violations at her Atlanta home.
According to TMZ, the “Top Model” alum’s HOA is seeking more than $22,000 in past assessments and fines and wants a judge to order her to address what it calls ongoing problems.
The dispute concerns a five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion the outlet describes as worth $1.8 million. TMZ says it obtained the lawsuit, in which the homeowners’ association claims it sent Marcille multiple notices about the property’s condition.
The association alleges that Marcille failed to treat weeds, mow the lawn, remove inoperable vehicles from the driveway, keep vehicle registrations current and store trash cans out of public view. A court has found none of those allegations to be established.
The association says it gave Marcille sufficient opportunities to correct the issues, but that she did not bring the property into compliance. It is asking the court to require her to meet neighborhood maintenance standards and to pay the assessments and fines it claims are outstanding.
TMZ did not provide a breakdown of the more than $22,000 sought, and its report did not say when the association sent the notices. The lawsuit itself was not available for independent review, so the details of the claims are based on TMZ’s account of the filing.
Marcille rose to national attention after winning the third cycle of “America’s Next Top Model.” She later appeared on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” and starred in “Eat, Slay, Love,” a reality series about a trip to Vietnam with friends. The series was produced by Will Packer and premiered in 2024.
Currently, Marcille stars in “All The Queen’s Men” on Paramount+ as Marilyn “Madam” DeVille. The series is wrapping up after five seasons, with the second half of the season premiering on October 21.
