‘Clayface’ is continuing to deliver encouraging results at the global box office.

The DC Studios horror thriller, starring Tom Rhys Harries and Naomi Ackie, has powered to an impressive $83 million worldwide in just ten days.

With the movie now approaching DOUBLE its $44 million production budget in ticket sales, the ambitious release is making quite the impression.

According to Deadline, ‘Clayface’ has amassed $44.1 million domestically and a further $38.9 million internationally.

The James Watkins-directed flick added $22.8 million worldwide over the Halloween weekend, including $12.4 million from international markets.

It’s another promising chapter for the release, which debuted at #1 in North America with a $43 million global opening last week.

What’s particularly noteworthy is the movie’s modest $44 million production budget, a fraction of the cost of many major superhero blockbusters.

With its worldwide gross already approaching twice that figure, the film has encouraging momentum.

Audience reception has been positive, too, with the movie earning an impressive A- CinemaScore and a 94% verified audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.

Indeed, ahead of its release, That Grape Juice caught up exclusively with Harries, Ackie, and director Watkins at the film’s European premiere in London, where they opened up about bringing DC’s dark and daring new offering to the big screen.
