The singer and TV personality shut down rumors that she had an affair with Birdman, the husband of her older sister, Toni Braxton, during a recent appearance on ‘Sherri’. 

Sitting down with host Sherri Shepherd, Tamar addressed the speculation head-on while discussing the complex dynamics within the Braxton family.

She shared:

“Where did that rumor come from? That is preposterous,” 

Tamar’s sister, Towanda, suggested Tamar had been romantically involved with one of Toni’s former flames.

Fans quickly speculated that the comment was referring to Birdman, who has been married to Toni for over a year.
