‘Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’ star Mary Cosby is navigating another legal storm.

This time, because of her son, Robert Cosby Jr, who has been arrested.

It has been confirmed that Robert Jr. was arrested close to Salt Lake City on multiple charges, including assault, trespassing, and failure to obey police orders.

According to TMZ, officers were called to Robert Jr.’s father-in-law’s house, where he allegedly tried to get in through a dog door and then got into a physical altercation on the lawn. Police say he initially refused to comply with commands, but eventually surrendered.

Bail has reportedly been set at $5,000.

This latest arrest adds to a history of challenges for Robert Jr., who has previously struggled with substance abuse and rehab compliance. Indeed, a raw and heartwarming scene in season 5 of RHOSLC saw the mother and son talk frankly on camera about his addiction issues. Thereafter, he went to rebab.
