Pierre “P” Thomas has been hospitalized after suffering a heart attack.

The Quality Control co-founder is receiving medical care, with the company issuing an update on his condition while asking for prayers and privacy for his family.

Quality Control confirmed the news on August 21, stressing that Thomas is alive and remains under medical supervision.

“We want to clarify that Pierre ‘P’ Thomas is alive and currently hospitalized receiving medical care. We ask that everyone keep P and his family in their thoughts and prayers and respectfully give them the privacy and space they need during this time. We deeply appreciate everyone’s concern, support, prayers, and loving energy right now.”

Per reports, Thomas suffered a heart attack. TMZ adds that he is being treated in the ICU at a Las Vegas hospital, with members of his family by his side.

P co-founded Quality Control with Kevin “Coach K” Lee in 2013 and helped build the Atlanta company into a major force in Hip-Hop. Over the years, the powerhouse has worked with stars including Cardi B, Migos, Lil Baby, Lil Yachty, and City Girls.

At present, no further details about the 45-year-old’s condition have been publicly shared.
