Paris Jackson is taking her legal battle over her late father Michael Jackson‘s fortune to a whole new level.

For, the singer-actress has asked a judge to order a staggering $600 million transfer from the King of Pop’s estate into a family trust for herself and her brothers, Prince and Bigi Jackson.

And the latest move comes amid her growing dispute with those managing her father’s multimillion-dollar legacy.

According to PEOPLE, Paris filed the petition on October 29, arguing that the Michael Jackson Family Trust remains unfunded more than 17 years after the superstar’s death.

Her attorneys point to the estate’s lucrative music deals and asset sales, claiming it held approximately $850 million in cash and cash equivalents at the end of 2024.

They maintain that roughly $600 million could be transferred to the trust after accounting for potential liabilities.

The filing states:

“More than seventeen years after his passing, Michael Jackson’s family trust remains unfunded.”

The requested transfer would benefit all three siblings rather than constitute a direct personal payout to Paris. Under the trust’s terms, the children were intended to receive income from age 21, with portions of their inheritance distributed from age 30.

However, the estate disputes her position, pointing to unresolved legal matters, including an IRS dispute that initially involved $700 million in taxes and penalties.

It also denies allegations of reduced payments, insisting more than $200 million has already been distributed to or for the benefit of the beneficiaries.

The development follows Paris’ separate challenge to executor John Branca’s management fee, which she is seeking to reduce from 15% to 10%.

A court hearing is scheduled for December 4, when a judge is set to consider her latest request.
