Sean “Diddy” Combs is fighting back.

The incarcerated mogul has filed counterclaims against Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, denying his sexual assault allegations and accusing him of defamation and theft.

According to AllHipHop, Combs’ legal team filed the counterclaims on Tuesday as part of Jones’ $30 million lawsuit.

Diddy also denied claims Jones made in the documentary ‘The Reckoning,’ which was executive produced by 50 Cent.

Combs’ attorneys allege that Jones fabricated his claims, writing:

“Mr. Combs never told Mr. Jones to ‘recruit sex workers.’ Mr. Combs never told Mr. Jones to put on his ‘Bad Boy hat’ and ‘get some girls to come back to the house.’ Upon information and belief, Mr. Jones had a personal proclivity for sleeping with sex workers and would hire sex workers for himself on his own accord.”

The counterclaims also dispute Jones’ allegation that Combs drugged him, with his attorneys maintaining that Jones consumed drugs and alcohol of his own accord.

Combs is now suing Jones for defamation. The court previously severed the RICO-related allegations from Jones’ lawsuit.

Jones has not publicly responded to the counterclaims. Under federal procedure, he will have 21 days to respond after being served.

Diddy is currently serving a 50-month sentence for transportation to engage in prostitution.
