The Jackson brothers are ready to tell their story in their own words.

Indeed, Jackie, Jermaine, Tito, and Marlon Jackson are set to take center stage in a new documentary chronicling their remarkable journey from humble beginnings to global superstardom alongside their late brother, Michael Jackson.

And the project promises an intimate look at the highs, lows, and family dynamics behind one of music’s most legendary dynasties.

Three years in the making, the as-yet-untitled doc will explore the brothers’ rise as part of the Jackson 5, their complicated relationship with fame, and the lasting impact of parents Joe and Katherine Jackson.

Per Variety, the production features rare archival footage, previously unseen material, and deeply personal reflections from the siblings.

Poignantly, it also includes the final interview given by Tito Jackson before his death in September 2024.

Directed by Benjamin Hirsch, who helmed Janet Jackson’s acclaimed documentary, the project will arrive as both a 90-minute film and a three-part series.

The announcement comes amid renewed attention on the Jackson family following the billion-dollar success of the ‘Michael’ biopic and news of Marlon’s separate documentary about their father Joe.

The new film is being presented to international buyers at MIPCOM, with a release date and broadcaster yet to be confirmed.

After decades of the spotlight shining brightest on Michael, this time his brothers are telling their own story.
