It’s been nearly two months since Destiny’s Child broke the internet with their reunion at the final show of Beyonce‘s ‘Cowboy Carter Tour,’ but dedicated fans are still chattering about the epic surprise.

And while band member Michelle Williams has already gone on record to recount the jaw-dropping experience that saw the trio crank out hits ‘Bootylicious,’ ‘Lose My Breath,’ and more, her recent visit to ‘Watch What Happens Live (WWHL) with Andy Cohen’ saw her dish more about the performance and even address rumors that it’s a set up for a bigger group project.

Williams, a guest of the late-night talk show’s Wednesday episode (September 12), primarily stopped by to chat about her critically acclaimed run on Broadway’s ‘Death Becomes Her.‘

While there, however, she was asked about the DC3 reunion from July.

“It was just awesome, spur of the moment,” she said when comparing the tour to their last reunion at 2018’s Coachella Festival. “At Coachella, we had a little more time. This one [Cowboy Carter] was like, ‘yeah, let’s do this.’ And, we did.”

Seizing the opportunity to chat more about DC3, Cohen quizzed the singer-actress about the likelihood the final installment of Bey’s current album trilogy (the follow-up to 2022’s ‘Renaissance‘ and 2024’s ‘Cowboy Carter‘) will be a full-length Destiny’s Child project.

“Andy, if that were the case…,” Williams began before being interrupted by the host asking if she even hopes that the trio will reunite for a new recording some day. “Anything is possible. To me, performing on stage is like that. I only like it with Beyonce and Kelly.”

All-in-all, Michelle masterfully avoided answering the question directly but not without giving DC3 fans a little hope that something could eventually be in the works.

“I don’t like giving away secrets,” she said before relaying, “I think too why we’re able to have impact [when we do reunite], is not only because people miss us but it’s because of what we don’t share. When you see us, you see us. When you don’t, you don’t.”
