The criminal case surrounding the shooting at the Los Angeles home of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky is moving forward again.

Ivanna Ortiz, the woman accused of opening fire at the property in March, has been found mentally competent to stand trial.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Maria Cavalluzzi reinstated criminal proceedings on September 29 following psychiatric evaluations.

Ortiz, 36, previously pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and more than a dozen additional felony counts.

She is due back in court today (September 30).

Authorities allege that Ortiz drove to the couple’s home on March 8 and fired at least 20 rounds from a semiautomatic rifle.

No one was injured, but investigators say bullets struck an Airstream trailer occupied by the couple and a wall near their children’s nursery.

Prosecutors have not publicly disclosed an alleged motive or established a connection between Ortiz and the famous family. The charges remain allegations, and she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
