50 Cent is taking his escalating feud with Tia Kemp to court.

The rapper has filed for a court order to stop Rick Ross’ ex-girlfriend from allegedly cyberstalking his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson.

According to TMZ, 50 claims Kemp has repeatedly targeted his son online, calling him “slow” and making unsubstantiated claims that he is on the autism spectrum. He also alleges she posted images of Sire alongside sexually explicit photos of a woman.

The filing cites four separate online publications, including an October 25 interview in which Kemp allegedly called the teenager “slow” again and claimed he “can’t talk.”

50 says his legal team previously sent a cease-and-desist letter demanding that Kemp remove the posts and stop discussing his son. However, he claims she responded by sharing part of the notice online with a profanity-laced message:

“F u and ya lawyers.”

The rapper alleges that Kemp’s actions have caused his son humiliation, embarrassment, and emotional distress. He is seeking an immediate injunction to stop her from harassing or cyberstalking Sire, followed by a permanent order after a hearing.

Kemp, meanwhile, hit back in a TikTok video, dubbing him “15 Cent” and refusing to back down:

“Don’t play with me bh about your lawyers. You can’t bully me, bh.”
