The Pop star has announced his fifth studio album, ‘KONNAKOL.‘

‘KONNAKOL’ will be released on April 17 via Mercury Records.

To whet appetites, the LP’s first single, ‘Die For Me,’ drops this Friday (February 6).

Billed as a Pop-forward affair, the project is also touted as his most culturally inspired body of work to date.

Speaking on the album, Zayn said:

“’KONNAKOL’ in its definition is the act of creating percussive sounds with one’s voice but what it means to me lies somewhere much deeper. It is a sound that holds the reverberation of a time before words existed.”

The announcement follows the success of his first-ever Las Vegas residency, where he previewed unreleased material from the album.
