The Weeknd brought his blockbuster ‘After Hours Til Dawn Tour’ back to London and delivered a spectacle befitting its mammoth scale.

Taking over Wembley Stadium on August 18, the superstar thrilled a packed crowd with a marathon journey through his catalogue, while special guest Playboi Carti and opening act Prince 85 ensured the energy was high long before the main event.

The fourth of five Wembley shows on the record-breaking trek’s 2026 run saw Abel power through a colossal 39-song set spanning ‘After Hours,’ ‘Dawn FM,’ and ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow.’

Set against a seismic dystopian cityscape, a towering metallic figure, flames, smoke, and an immersive runway stretching deep into the stadium, the hitmaker tore through favourites including ‘Starboy,’ ‘Can’t Feel My Face,’ ‘Save Your Tears,’ and ‘Blinding Lights.’ Newer offerings such as ‘Open Hearts’ and ‘Cry for Me’ sat comfortably alongside the classics.

Carti brought his signature frenetic energy to Wembley with his own set before later linking up with The Weeknd for ‘Timeless’ and ‘Rather Lie,’ sparking huge reactions from the crowd.

Setting the scene earlier was French mic mau Prince 85, whose dark, atmospheric electronic sound proved an apt match for the world the ‘After Hours Til Dawn Tour’ inhabits. A longtime creative presence in The Weeknd’s musical orbit, Prince delivered a pulsating opening turn that steadily built the stadium’s energy ahead of Carti and eventually Abel.

The Weeknd concludes his five-night Wembley takeover tonight (August 19) before the European trek continues to Dublin.
