Teyana Taylor is beaming and basking in the glow of her Golden Globes win and Oscar nomination for ‘One Battle After Another.’

And what better platform to celebrate than with a high-profile hosting stint on Saturday Night Live.

The Harlem native took center stage on the latest episode of the long-running show, delivering a resonating opening monologue and diving all the way into a myriad of skits.

During her hilarious kick-off, Taylor waxed candid about her lengthy tenure in the spotlight (since MTV’s ‘Sweet 16’) and finally receiving her dues. She also dished on the hilarity of motherhood, including the fact that her daughters (present in the audience) were glued to their phones when she won her Golden Globe.
