SZA is waxing candid about her fiery fallout with Nicki Minaj.

And, as it has it, the R&B superstar isn’t positioning it as much of a fallout, as she says she doesn’t “know” the rapper to begin with.

As reported, the pair clashed on X back in July when Onika took umbrage with a remark the ‘Snooze’ singer made and let rip.

Speaking with GQ, the chart-topping record breaker addressed the drama.

SZA quipped frankly about Minaj, saying:

“I don’t know her. We have no connection to each other. There’s no backstory. Like, there was no through line narrative. It was just like, ‘Roc Nation’…. I don’t know where it came from. That’s not even my place to correct a narrative that I don’t got sh*t to do with. It was a little strange. It was very like, ‘Why?’ But also, you know, ‘I guess.’”

Suffice it to say, Mariah Carey would be proud.
