The series ‘Snowfall’ is keeping the snow falling, with an announcement for a new spin-off.

Fans of the hit show ‘Snowfall’ can expect a new spin-off to be added to the universe after the show ran its course in 2023.

The upcoming series will star Gail Bean and Isaiah John in their original roles, as well as Asante Blackk, Peyton Alex Smith, and Simmie Sims III. 

This spin-off will follow Bean, a recovering addict who attempts to bring West Coast rap mainstream while gang conflicts take over, and record labels exploit hip hop culture for their own advantage.

President of FX Nick Grad shared his excitement:

“This new series takes us back to one of the most formative eras in music with the birth of the West Coast rap revolution.” 

Details surrounding the premiere date for the series have yet to be unveiled.
