Bah, humbug!

Johnny Depp is taking Christmas to a decidedly darker place in the new trailer for ‘Ebenezer’.

Directed by Ti West, the fresh spin on Charles Dickens’ ‘A Christmas Carol’ sees the actor step into the shoes of the famously festive-averse Ebenezer Scrooge.

Anchored by the tagline “the name you know, the story you don’t,” ‘Ebenezer’ follows Scrooge on a supernatural reckoning with his past, present, and future.

Depp is joined by an all-star ensemble that includes Rupert Grint, Andrea Riseborough, Sam Claflin, Daisy Ridley, Tramell Tillman, and Ian McKellen.

The screenplay was penned by Nathaniel Halpern, with West steering the spooky reimagining.

‘Ebenezer’ hits theaters on November 13.
