We’ve finally got our Tupac Shakur.

Camron Jones has been tapped to portray the late Rap icon in the upcoming ‘Snoop’ biopic.

Jones will step into the shoes of one of Hip-Hop’s most legendary figures.

Shakur and Snoop Dogg were labelmates at Death Row Records and famously joined forces on ‘2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted.’ The pair also shared a close friendship before Tupac’s death in 1996 at age 25.

Jones is best known for his role as Bishop in Amazon Prime Video’s ‘Panic.’ His credits also include ‘grown-ish,’ ‘The Purge,’ and ‘Shameless.’ Up next, he will play Quan in the third season of ‘P-Valley.’

His casting is the latest major piece of the ‘Snoop’ puzzle to fall into place.

As reported, Myles Bullock Be will portray Dr. Dre, while Lauren London has been cast as Snoop’s late mother, Beverly Tate.

‘Snoop’ is set to hit theaters on August 6, 2027.

The cast is certainly taking shape nicely. We’ll be watching.
