‘The Birds Don’t Sing’ is a powerful and emotional offering that finds the brothers expressing their feelings of losing both of their parents while reflecting on memories with their parents.

Indeed, Malice raps:

“Shared you with my friends, the Pops they never had / You lived for our fishin’ trips, damn, I had a dad / Mine taught discipline, mine taught structure / Mine didn’t mind when he had to pull a double / Mine worked overtime, smiled through the struggle / ‘Cause mine wouldn’t let us feel what he had to suffer“

The video shows the duo in their childhood home and showing pictures of their mom and dad, Mildred and Gene Thornton. It also features home footage of Malice and their dad fishing.
