After relaunching Apple Bottoms last year, Nelly‘s iconic denim brand is partnering with Bubly sparkling water for a limited-time release of its ‘Apple Bubly’ flavor.

Bubly is bringing back the Y2K nostalgia with this collaboration, and it’s a concept that permeates the freshly released commercial, which features a new remix of Flo Rida and T-Pain‘s ‘Low.’ As is widely known, it references the ‘Hot in Herre’ MC’s jeans brand.

The rapper explains how the collab with Bubly came about. He says:

“You want to be able to pair up and double brand with companies that have similar structure in what it is that you’re doing, meaning they’ve been able to have unbelievable success in an area where I would have never thought people would be making money. Sparkling water, who knew?”

Launching today (September 18), the campaign brings with it the release of ‘Apple Bubly’ jeans with Apple Bubly embroidered on the back pockets. It comes as a bundle including the jeans, together with sparkling water, a tank top, a keychain, a mini denim clutch, and an iron-on patch.

The move comes after Apple Bottoms worked with Latto for a campaign back in August.

Looking forward, the ‘Country Grammar’ rapper is teasing a future collab with none other than his wife, Ashanti. He states:

“You got to wait for that one.”
