As previously reported, Brandy Norwood – currently lighting up stages across the country on her ‘The Boy Is Mine Tour‘ – is also set to take over television in the coming weeks alongside her daughter Sy’Rai Smith.

Starring in Lifetime’s upcoming holiday film ‘Christmas Everyday,’ Norwood plays Francine “Fancy” Ballantine, a talented fashion designer struggling to balance her career ambitions and family responsibilities following the passing of her beloved father. 

Also serving as executive producer, the multi-hyphenate diva leads a list of familiar faces like Lamman Rucker, Debbi MOrgan, Robert C. Riley, and more.

Lifetime has just released a first-look video, giving fans a heartwarming glimpse at the mother-daughter duo’s on-screen chemistry as well as the supporting cast.
