The star’s appearance, however, is causing concern amidst some corners of his fanbase.

Despite the positive connotations of a detox, Bieber’s post raised eyebrows given his appearance.

With the performer looking somber and arguably downtrodden, one user commented:

“Why do you look so sad?”
