Colman Domingo may be enjoying a record-breaking run as star of the blockbuster film ‘Michael,’ but the Academy Award-nominated actor is probably going to break a few thousand hearts with the jaw-dropping pics that have accompanied his spread in the June edition of ‘Men’s Health UK.’

Gracing the newest pages of the fitness mag, the 56-year-old not only divulge details about his rigid diet and exercise regimen but also the importance of men keeping in tune with their bodies as they age.

“I went to a doctor to see if I would qualify for or need more testosterone, and he told me my testosterone levels were as high as they were when I was 16,” he relayed after sharing he decided to speak to a doctor and undergo testosterone testing when he turned 50.
