During the court hearing on Thursday (April 23), prosecutors claimed they found a “significant amount” of child pornography in the ‘Romantic Homicide’ singer’s phone.

As of the time of this report, it has not been confirmed if any of the material involved 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, however, specific details and full scope of the evidence are expected to be addressed more thoroughly at an upcoming hearing.

As previously reported, the singer has since been charged with multiple offenses related to the death of Hernandez including first-degree murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14, and mutilating a body.

He is currently being held without bail after entering a not guilty plea, but could face the death penalty if convicted.
