Lisa Knowles-Smith and Darrel Walls were among the night’s brightest stars at the 2026 Stellar Gospel Music Awards.

The ceremony, hosted by Kirk Franklin, was taped on Saturday (August 15) at Charlotte’s Spectrum Center and saw Knowles-Smith emerge as one of the evening’s most celebrated names.

Her acclaimed album ‘Revival: Live in Dallas‘ with The Brown Singers scored multiple wins, including the Albertina Walker Female Artist of the Year and Duo/Chorus Group of the Year honors.

Meanwhile, Walls scored two major trophies for ‘Heart of Mine‘: Artist of the Year and Contemporary Male Artist of the Year.

Elsewhere, Tasha Cobbs Leonard received the Aretha Franklin Icon Award, while Pastor Mike Jr. was honored with the Thomas A. Dorsey Most Notable Achievement Award.
