Tyrese is making headlines for all the wrong reasons, and this time, it has nothing to do with music or movies.

It was announced this week that Fulton County Police Animal Services has a warrant out for his arrest for animal cruelty.

Captain Nicole Dwyer told local Atlanta media WSB-TV that they had received a call on September 18 from a neighbour who let his dog out at night. However, it was found dead on the ground minutes later from a clear-cut animal attack.

The police received a warrant and searched Gibson’s home on September 22. He wasn’t present, and neither were the dogs.

As of writing, the 46-year-old hasn’t addressed the situation.
