Olivia Rodrigo fans (affectionately called #Livies) may have already had their appetites whet from her new songs ‘Drop Dead‘ and ‘The Cure‘ in preparation for the June 12 release of her third studio effort ‘You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl in Love,’ but she’s given them yet another reason to get excited about streaming the project by gifting the video treatment to the album cut ‘Stupid Song.’

Released just moments after its parent project hit digital shelves, ‘Stupid’ is a simple yet melancholic tune that sees Olivia declare longing for a love interest that seems just out of reach.

“Nobody’s wanted somebody more / It’s a thing that I can’t ignore / Tell your friends that you’re mine, I’m yours / With a hand on my heart, I swore,” she wails over Dan Nigro production.
