Kenya Moore is facing yet another headline-making twist.

The former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star has officially moved out of her Atlanta-based Kenya Moore Hair Spa amid an ongoing legal battle with her landlord.

And, in true Housewives fashion, rival Brit Eady appears to be enjoying every second of the drama.

According to TMZ, furniture and boxes were seen sitting outside the salon this week as the 55-year-old entrepreneur cleared out the property.

Moore says the move comes as part of an “ongoing legal battle” with the landlord, whom she claims failed to reimburse nearly $80,000 in promised tenant improvement funds.

“I have spent the last several weeks moving out of my salon as a result of my ongoing legal battle with the landlord who has failed to reimburse me nearly $80k of improvement funds I am rightfully owed. My only recourse was to withhold rent and file a countersuit. I already have my outfit laid out for court chile!”

She added:

“This salon chapter is closing, trust me, it’s not the end. It’s just the beginning of a new era.”

Still, court docs reportedly show a Georgia judge ordered Moore’s company to pay nearly $88,000 in unpaid rent and utilities, plus around $5,500 a month, unless she vacated the property. After the landlord alleged she missed the first payment deadline, they pushed for immediate possession.

Enter Brit Eady.

Eady, whose explosive feud with Moore led to both women exiting ‘RHOA’ and sparked her ongoing $20 million lawsuit against Bravo, posted a video driving past the salon as items were removed.
