Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman’s bitter divorce battle has taken a disturbing new turn.

The ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star has reportedly made explosive allegations against her estranged husband in newly surfaced court documents tied to their ongoing legal war.

According to TMZ, the 40-year-old reality star is asking a judge to reconsider an order requiring her to vacate the Georgia home she currently shares with Pittman by the end of next month.

Sidora allegedly claims she does not currently have the financial means to move and fears she could be left homeless if the ruling stands.

The filing comes shortly after it was reported that Pittman was awarded primary custody of the former couple’s two children following a recent hearing, where he allegedly blamed Sidora for one of the children’s excessive tardiness at school.

However, in her latest filing, Sidora reportedly says she previously submitted evidence that included “a video in which [Ralph] could be heard severely beating the parties’ son.” She further alleges Pittman admitted to the incident in 2024, but denied it during a March 2026 hearing.

She also reportedly questioned why the court ruled in his favor despite what she described as a “documented history” of physical abuse involving their son.

Elsewhere in the filing, the singer and actress reportedly claims the pair are $25,000 behind on mortgage payments and reiterated her request to remain in the home beyond next month.

TMZ reports that Pittman’s camp declined to comment on the allegations. As of writing, the court has not yet ruled on Sidora’s latest request.
