Pinky Cole is facing fresh financial woes.

For, the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star and Slutty Vegan founder is now facing the possibility of foreclosure on one of her properties.

The latest development comes amid her ongoing bankruptcy battle, which has seen the entrepreneur fighting to regain her financial footing.

According to TMZ, mortgage servicer Selene Finance LP filed court documents on October 22 alleging that Cole owes more than $164,000 on a three-bedroom rental property in the Atlanta area.

The company claims the Bravo star hasn’t made mortgage payments since December 2025.

As such, it is seeking permission from the bankruptcy court to pursue remedies that could ultimately include foreclosure.

However, Cole’s attorney, Jamie Christy, pushed back against the filing, stressing:

“This property is not Pinky’s home, but rather, a rental property. The property is being treated in the bankruptcy plan.”

Christy also described the lender’s move as impulsive and said the motion is being reset while Cole focuses on restructuring her finances.

The development follows the businesswoman’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing earlier this year, which revealed approximately $1.4 million in government and tax debt.

In March, she secured a court victory after a creditor seized a different rental property. A judge subsequently ordered its return.

Now, another property is at the center of a financial dispute.

For the moment, foreclosure has not been approved, and the latest matter remains before the bankruptcy court.
