It has been announced that the British singer-songwriter has been honored with the Recording Academy’s Harry Belafonte Best Song for Social Change Award for ‘Ice Cream Man,’ officially making her a GRAMMY-winning artist.

The track is featured on her acclaimed debut album, ‘My 21st Century Blues’, and turns deeply personal trauma into a powerful call for awareness and accountability, confronting the silence around sexual assault with raw honesty.

The Special Merit Award, presented at the Grammy Week ceremony ahead of the 2026 Grammy Awards, recognizes songwriting that drives social impact and change.

That’s not all.

She’s also up for additional honors at Music’s Biggest Night (on February 1). As reported, her ‘Live at the Royal Albert Hall’ offering is nominated for Best Music Film.

All comes as she gears up to hit the road with Bruno Mars as a special guest on the North American leg of ‘The Romantic Tour’…and as she sets sail on her own headline trek, ‘This Tour May Contain New Music.’
