Papoose and Claressa Shields are speaking out and clearing things up once and for all.

In a candid sit-down with ‘The Breakfast Club,’ the pair discussed the estranged rapper’s pending divorce from Remy Ma and finally silenced the cheating rumors.

When the hosts asked Papoose what happened between him and Remy, he answered:

“Y’all seen everything how can I come to y’all and say something didn’t happen. Y’all gotta stop.”

Noting that their relationship was well documented over the years that Remy was incarcerated, Shields also chimed in to address that a new normal will take time to formulate:

“It’s a divorce, it’s not just something that just happens overnight… people’s lives don’t stop because of that, it’s papers, it’s time, it’s all this stuff that gotta happen. But at the end of the day, we move forward with our lives.”

The boxing star also mentioned that it’s not just Papoose who has moved on, saying:

“Some of this stuff is just so old, so old to talk about and bring up to keep harping on it. They’re separated, she’s got somebody too.”

Papoose and Shields have been together for a year and a half, and during their relationship, have had public back-and-forths with Remy. During the feiry exchange, rumors of cheating circulated. Papoose clarified and put the murmurs to bed, telling the hosts:

“All these years, incarcerated, that sh*t never been on my name ever.”

Now, he’s focused on his relationship and leaving the past in the past, stating that he wishes Remy “all the best.”
