The cover features Colman Domingo, Nia Long, and Jaafar Jackson, who portray key figures in Michael Jackson’s life in the upcoming biopic.

According to the spread, the film explores Jackson’s life through the lens of family, discipline, and early ambition, tracing his journey from Jackson 5 to global superstardom. 

Long shared, 

“We wanted to tell the story the way the story really needs to be told… and to have Jaafar at the center of it was really amazing because he’s an extension of the family.” 

Meanwhile, Domingo praised Jaafar’s presence, saying the “DNA” of his performance felt powerful and deeply connected to the Jackson legacy.

As the nephew of the film’s star, expectations are naturally high for Jaafar Jackson, who makes his film debut in what he called “an experience of a lifetime.”
