Chris Brown and Usher may have made headlines for exchanging literal hits in the past, but the R&B titans let it be known earlier this month that the hatchet is good and buried.

If there was still any doubt, they are completely silencing it with a reunion single.

Surprise announced Thursday (October 16), the duo revealed they have joined forces for a revamp of Brown’s current hit single ‘It Depends’ featuring Bryson Tiller.

“Oh, got a call from Chris, sayin’ that he wanna do another remix / He done already took my hit and made another hit, ain’t that a b-tch? / But I said, ‘Okay, long as I can do it my way’ /  Let me take you down (Take you down) / And realign your chakras, good dick can do that,” sings Ush over the track which samples his own 1997 smash ‘Nice & Slow.’

As the original continues its domination of Billboard charts so far peaking at on R&B and Pop charts respectively), the updated edition is poised to push it to even higher Hot 100 heights.

Music lovers know this isn’t the first time the heartthrobs linked to stun their dedicated fan bases.

Brown and Usher previously collaborated on the hits ‘Party’ and ‘New Flame’ – scorching the Hot 100 with respective peaks of #40 and #27.
