From spreading holiday cheer with Lifetime’s ‘The Christmas Campaign‘ to spreading holiday fear with UPtv’s forthcoming ‘Christmas Murder Mystery,‘ TV and film veteran Vivica A. Fox has all her bases covered this season.

The latter tells the story of a newspaper editor who unexpectedly has to put on her detective hat after the patriarch of a wealthy family she’s spending the holidays with is killed during what’s supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year.

“Vera soon finds herself helming a murder investigation when someone is found dead on Christmas morning, putting her at odds with the quick-tempered and distraught family members. Can Vera find the culprit before the holidays turn even more deadly,” the official logline reads.

Also starring Rob Mayes, Morgan Bradley, Jamie Bernadette, and more, the festive Peter Sullivan-directed flick is set to premiere on TV screens Sunday (December 7) at 7p EST.
