Pop favourite Meghan Trainor has hit pause on the road.

The chart-topper has officially cancelled her ‘Get In Girl Tour,’ citing the challenges of juggling a packed career with life at home after welcoming her third child.

Breaking the news to fans, Trainor explained that preparing a new album, gearing up for a major tour and embracing motherhood all at once proved overwhelming. She posted:

“After a lot of reflection and some really tough conversations, I’ve made the difficult decision to cancel The Get In Girl Tour. Balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and welcoming our new baby girl to our growing family of five has just been more than I can take on right now, and I need to be home and present for each and all of them at this time.”

While some online chatter has pointed to slow ticket sales, Trainor kept the focus firmly on family, adding:

“This is the right decision for my family and me right now. I promise I’ll be back soon, and I can’t wait for you to hear this new record. I’m so proud of it, and I’m endlessly grateful for your love and support always.”

The trek, which was set to hit major venues like Madison Square Garden and Kia Forum, will no longer go ahead.

Still, it’s not all bad news; her upcoming album ‘Toy With Me’ drops April 24, but for now, fans will have to wait until she makes her return to the stage.
