Taking to social media, the Queen of Hip-hop Soul set timelines alight with the announcement of her new song, paired with the caption:

“My new single “Want Love” drops April 3rd!!!  Can’t wait to share this one with y’all. Go pre-save for a special audio message from me to you”

Blige is also treating fans to a snippet of the track. The GRAMMY-winning songstress can be heard singing:

“I want somebody who makes me feel like everything/ I want love.”

The rollout signals yet another chapter in her enduring reign, and this new single seems to be another anthem for the lovers and follows recent cut, ‘More Than A Lover.’
