KATSEYE star Daniela Avanzini has opened up about bandmate Manon Bannerman as questions continue to surround her ongoing hiatus from the group, which began in February.

While greeting fans at Paris Fashion Week, Daniela was directly quizzed about Manon and offered a heartfelt, if brief, response.

During the fan interaction, Daniela was asked about her absent bandmate.

The singer replied:

“I miss her so much! And I wish her the best.”

When the fan followed up by asking why Manon is “not in KATSEYE anymore,” Daniela seemingly responded:

“I’m not sure.”

When Manon’s hiatus was announced, her health and well-being were cited as the reason.

The Swiss-raised singer subsequently assured EYEKONS that she was “healthy” and “okay,” while acknowledging that circumstances can unfold beyond one’s control.

KATSEYE’s line-up has shifted further in the months since, with Sophia Laforteza also stepping away temporarily in August.

Daniela, Lara Raj, Megan Skiendiel, and Yoonchae Jeung have consequently been holding down the fort as a four-piece, including during their recent ‘Saturday Night Live’ debut.

The ladies also previously sent love to both Manon and Sophia during an appearance on ‘The Tonight Show.’

With KATSEYE’s North American ‘WILDWORLD Tour’ dates imminent, attention naturally remains on when the full line-up may reunite. Or if they will.
